A dedicated processing facility was established where carcasses are carefully processed, packaged, and frozen according to the strict standards of Williston Lamb. These products are marketed under the Karusaf brand and include options such as sausage, kebabs, and mince. While Karusaf meat products are no longer distributed nationally, they remain available for purchase directly from our R63 One-Stop. All meat that meets the Williston Lamb quality criteria is handled by the Williston Meat Cooperative.
